Refund policy

Refunds for merchandise are possible if approved by the printing company and are not in transit. Refunds typically follow this timeline: once the printer processes the refund on their end (which usually takes 2-5 business days after they receive and approve the return), the funds are returned to the customer's original payment method. From there, it can take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in the customer's account, depending on their bank or credit card company.

The total timeframe is generally 7-15 business days from when the printer approves the return, though it can vary.

For return and refund requests, please contact us. We are a small business and most shirt orders have donations associated with them. If cancellation is requested for a clothing item, please request within 24 hours of order placement.

Coffee is not refundable or returnable as it is a food product.
