Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All coffee and tea orders ship free in the United States. Merch/clothing orders ship per weight, so the shipping fees will vary. Coffee and tea orders typically ship within 3 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Merch ships within 3-5 business days. 

Returns

Coffee and tea are food products; no returns are accepted for either.

For custom merchandise, any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 days of receipt with photos. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We do not offer refunds if you accidentally ordered the wrong size on the Strong collection because it is a charity collection. Please read the recommended sizing in the item description.
